Here’s why and how WFHR started

I have worked in people management roles for years, most recently in a Head of HR role within Primary Care. My experience covers the Public and Private Sectors.

This is where WFHR was born. With a genuine desire to influence the people sector and ensure that every business I work with values the people function and understands the power that proactive people management can bring.
